How to Assemble:

① There should be a silver spot circled on each letter balloon. This is where you inflate the balloon at.

② Press the straw into the silver spot. You will feel resistance when you reach the valve. Open the valve, push gently past the resistance so the straw opens the valve.

③ Blow gently on the straw and see if the balloon starts to inflate. If it doesn’t, push the straw a little farther and try again.

④ When you remove the straw, the valve of the balloon will seal automatically, remember to press the valve flat to seal!! Then, just thread each letter onto the string using the perforated tabs, and your balloon banner is ready to be hung.
